Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Your total cost for your purchase will include shipping and handling which will be included on your invoice. The shipping and handling cost in Australia is $8.00. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Pricing
The prices that appear on this web site are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and are valid and effective only in Australia. The price, if affected, will include the GST, BuggReport takes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of any such price as it applies to any particular purchase. Price and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Payments
All payments will be made in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. Payment in any other currency will NOT be accepted
Risk
BuggReport will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you on dispatch from the distribution centre. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency.

Refunds and Returns
At BuggReport Pty Ltd., we do not accept refunds or returns for incorrect ordering, so please review the product information carefully prior to your purchase. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
Faulty goods may ONLY be returned for a refund or exchange after receiving confirmation and approval to return any goods from BuggReport Pty Ltd. sales team within 7 days of receipt of your order. The goods must be received by BuggReport Pty Ltd. in their original condition (unopened and in the original packaging with all product tags and labels still attached to the product).
Loss or Damage in Transit
BuggReport is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not BuggReport is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss.
Colour Information
While BuggReport has endeavoured to display accurately the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
