Asembl has today announced it is reuniting Diageo’s Baileys with Sara Lee for the ultimate new grown up ice cream indulgence, Baileys Ice Cream.
Launching just in time for the festive season the alcohol free Baileys Ice Cream will be available in the ice cream section of Coles stores nationally and online from 25 September 2023.

The two iconic brands were first united late last year with the successful launch of a Baileys Deluxe Baked Cheesecake and a Baileys Deluxe Chocolate Pudding in Coles stores nationally and online. These two irresistible desserts were the first to launch combining the two brands.
