The Peanuts Hotel in Kobe, Japan will officially open on Wednesday August 1st, 2018. This is a boutique style hotel that consists of 18 rooms and will include the first Peanuts Café and Peanuts Hotel in the Kansai area of Japan.
Within the comics, there is a strip where Snoopy is visited by birds that fall asleep on his doghouse and he comments “IT’S NICE TO HAVE A HOME WHERE YOUR GUESTS FEEL COMFORTABLE.”, which is the concept of this new Hotel.
There will be 3 floors, each with its own theme of “Imagine”, “Happy” and “Love”, to make up a total of 18 rooms. Each room will have its own creative concept that is themed after a special Peanuts comic strip. The goal is to provide a warm and friendly hotel experience where fans, across various generations, cultures and backgrounds, can come together and enjoy their passion and love for the Peanuts brand.
