Australian Toy Association President Jonathan Zimbler today announced the appointment of Alice Sanderson as Executive Manager.
Alice has been an integral part of the ATA team for just over 9 years, mostly in the role of Events Manager, and more specifically has been responsible for the organisation of the annual Toy Hobby & Licensing Fair. Mr Zimbler said that following the resignation of Gabby Anderson, the Board had no hesitation in inviting Ms Sanderson to consider the position, which she has accepted. Ms Sanderson said that she was thrilled with the opportunity to lead the Association’s team in managing the affairs of the Toy Association and its 240 Members.
In addition to conducting the annual Toy Fair in Melbourne and mid year trade preview in Sydney the Association provides Safety & Compliance guidance to its Members as well as making representation to government and is a leading voice on ICTI, the International Council of Toy Industries.
Ms Sanderson takes on her new role immediately.
