Leading the charge is the brilliant title track, a collaboration with US superstar Dasha, which is out today. Known for her global viral hit ‘Austin’, Dasha brings her soulful charm and contemporary country-pop style to the song.

This first single from the album is the perfect anthem for family singalongs and line-dancing adventures, proving once again that The Wiggles know how to get everyone moving.

Lachy Gillespie, Purple Wiggle says, “We’re so excited to share ‘Wiggle Up, Giddy Up!’ with families everywhere. It’s a song that’s packed with energy, fun, and plenty of country flair. Collaborating with the incredible Dasha, whose music has already brought country music to a whole new audience, was an absolute joy. Whether you’re three, thirty three, or ninety-three, this song is all about bringing people together to sing, dance, and even try a bit of line dancing! We’re looking forward to performing this song at the iconic Tamworth Country Music festival and can’t wait for everyone to hear the full album in March.”

Dasha comments, “The Wiggles are just so iconic. This year I’ve gained so many young fans and having the chance to collaborate with them is such cool experience. Bringing line dancing to that side of my audience makes me so happy. Very grateful for The Wiggles welcoming me in like they have!“

“This is one of the most exciting projects we’ve ever been part of, in fact, I’ve never spent so much time on an album before,” said Anthony Field, Blue Wiggle and co-founder of the group. Country music is all about storytelling and connection and combining that with The Wiggles’ fun and imagination felt like the perfect match. We can’t wait for families everywhere to hear these songs!”

As country music continues to rise in popularity across the globe, ‘Wiggle Up, Giddy Up!’ bridges the gap between generations, introducing country stylings to young audiences while delighting parents with nods to classic sounds. This groundbreaking album also features an all-star lineup of international country legends and trailblazers.

Tsehay Hawkins, Yellow Wiggle adds, “The rising popularity of country music has opened the door for so many amazing collaborations that transcend boundaries. This album is a perfect example of how music can bring people together. Whether you’re a lifelong country fan or newer to the genre like me, ’Wiggle Up, Giddy Up!’ has fun moments for everyone.“
