We represent a large number of International Entertainment brands both here and in New Zealand. The position is based in our Melbourne office.


About the Role

The Advertising Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with our client base on upcoming bookings and ensure all advertising material is tracked and vetted to ensure that it meets the Licensor’s guidelines and also the details in our booking. It is then submitted to the licensor for approval. You will also be liaising with the licensing companies on the submitted advertising. Managing the company’s digital assets and also liaising with our Web Designer’s is also a key part of this position.

About You

You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good eye for detail and possess following skills:

  • Good time management skills
  • A good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, WordPress and the Microsoft Office
  • Team oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and meet last minutes deadlines
  • At least 2 years in the advertising industry
  • Comfortable with using SketchUp
