Mint Brands to Manage Kellogg’s and Pringles Non-food Licensing Programmes in ANZ

Mint Brands, the Melbourne based licensing agency setup by John Vasta, is to run the Kellogg’s and Pringles non-food licensing programmes in Australia and New Zealand. They will be working alongside UK based agency Pink Key Licensing who has managed the European programme for over 10 years, to appoint licensees and work with retailers to expand the programmes in ANZ along similar lines.

Kellogg’s cereal and snacking products have been present in the ANZ market for nearly 100 years and remain a staple in most Australian and New Zealand households. Pink Key and Mint Brands will be looking to expand ranges across key Kellogg’s brands such as Coco Pops, Rice Bubbles, Froot Loops, Pop-Tarts and Pringles.

For the first time ever, iconic Australian cereal Nutri-Grain will be expanded into non-food product ranges in Australia and New Zealand.

Pink Key’s MD Richard Pink says; “John and I have worked together informally for many years; his understanding of the licensing landscape in his market is second to none and I know that under his guidance we will be able to realise the potential we’ve always known is there.”

Mint Brands’ John Vasta says; “It’s an honour to be working with the iconic Kellogg’s portfolio. There is the natural scope into mainstream categories for Kellogg’s brands, but we’re also excited to explore more unique brand partnerships in the fashion and athletic spaces. The recent PUMA x Frosted Flakes co-lab is a fantastic partnership example, and we’re keen to explore similar programmes in ANZ.”
