Key Responsibilities
- Support National Sales and Marketing team with regular reporting as well as queries, questions or issues
- Database management, ensuring all information is up to date as correct
- Creation and management of order forms and retailer submission documents
- Point of contact for customers, providing assistance with issues and deliveries
- Update and maintain product information and images on online portal
- Provide support to the Marketing department on trades hows
- Sample management and reporting and showroom maintenance
- Entering orders during peak times
Skills & Experience
- Experience with Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ideally have experience using Photoshop or other editing software
- Strong organisational skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail
